Digital communication is the most contemporary mode in the communication world and in particular for amateur radio contacts. The development in the computing facilities allows data transfer at high speed . Fast processing is maintained to enhence data correction, hence to improve traffic of all kinds even under extreme weak signal reception. The future use of our communication methods, shall be solely digital in days to come.

To provide the Israeli amateur radio community the knowhow and tools to proceed into the digital communication era. To assist in adopting methods and solutions for it, and to maintain communication and high speed data network in ordinary time, and especially in case of emergency conditions.
